A customer can only be deleted under specific conditions:
The customer must have a status of draft.
The customer must not have any transactions or other payment activities.
It is recommended that, if a relationship is fully terminated, cancel that customer instead.
A customer is referenced by the invoices and transactions generated by it, and, as those transactions records cannot be removed, the customer is required for record keeping purposes.
