Latch Customer

This function is used to latch a customer entity to a particular QuickBooks customer ID.

This is the the ID value which uniquely identifies this customer record in the Stax Bill system.

This is the quickbooks Id of the customer. If not provided it will default to creating new customer in QuickBooks.

This is the targeted sync start date of the customer in QuickBooks.
